Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am facing an issue with receiving live CME Market Depth real time data on my Sierra Chart platform, even though I have followed all the official setup instructions. ✅ Denali Data Feed is fully active and subscribed (Market Depth included) ✅ Teton CME Order Routing is enabled via IronBeam ✅ My Sierra Chart account is verified as CME Non-Professional ✅ IronBeam account is connected (verified by Edge Clear) and funded ✅ Web Trade Panel shows connected status, but delayed data only Despite this, my DOM shows "Delayed" data and real-time updates are not coming through. I have already contacted Edge Clear and provided them with screenshots showing the correct service activations and connection logs. They are reviewing it. In the meantime, I want to verify if there is anything that might need to be checked or enabled from Sierra Chart’s side (e.g., DTC Server permissions, market data entitlements, or connection routing issues). Here are the key symptoms: DOM shows connected to Teton/IronBeam, but DOM data stays delayed. Action Log repeatedly shows "Requesting security definitions" for CME symbols but no live data flow. Web Trade Panel shows "Delayed Market Data Loading…" for CME instruments. Please advise if there are any additional steps or troubleshooting I should do from Sierra Chart's end.
