Hello Support Team, on further investigating with IB we figured out the problem seems to arise on IB side. Some glitches in their handling data differently on live accounts vs. paper accounts and glitches in TWS. Problem does NOT come up on our LIVE-Accounts, but on our PAPER-Accounts (on testing some strategies) and is NOT directly caused by Sierra Chart Data Feed or SC-platform.
