We do not know how the problem could be with us, unless you are using an odd order type for your Stop. Or, if you have the following option set to "No": Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side OCO Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) If you are using a standard Stop or Stop-Limit and "Use Server Side OCO" is set to "Yes", then these orders are managed by Rithmic. So any questions about how they are filling would need to be asked of them. If they say that they do not manage these orders, then these would be handled within Sierra Chart. In this case check the following: - Ensure is that Sierra Chart is running when the Stop is hit, otherwise there is no way for the system to correctly deal with that order. - Quite often with Rithmic, the order is sent to them, but there is a delay in filling the order. This is completely within Rithmic's realm, and there is nothing we can do about it. Also, keep in mind that depending on the quantity of the order, what you are seeing could be simply slippage. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
