1. The reason you are getting delayed data in this case is that the exchange that you had active in April did not automatically renew on May 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at the time of the renewal. You can add funds at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop And you can activate the CME Group exchange you had previously, or different exchanges, at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges 2. You would not get any Denali data due to the above. You must not be setup for any data from Rithmic either if you are not getting any data at all. Follow the instructions in #1 to resolve this.
