Can you please start in Safe Mode and do the following: - Once the program comes up, select "File >> Disconnect" to stop from connecting to CQG. - Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". - Make sure you are on the "Main Settings" tab and then set "Current Selected Service" to "SC Data". - Select OK to close that window. - Select Yes to the popup that asks if you want to change the symbols. Let us know if you have a problem with the system crashing in this situation.
