You should not have an "empty" chart. You are setup to get data for the Full CME Group, so you should have real-time data for any instrument traded on those exchanges. Please let us know how you have the following settings: - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol (for one chart for which you are having an issue) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
