Hello, I have resumed the payment for my sierra package, (package 11 for 6 months) and I can't get the real time data, it doesn't give an error message and claims to be able to connect, however nothing is moving and the data is just not there. I have followed the instructions and tried using Sierra's Denali Exchange Data Feed, but it didn't help. I also made sure that the settings were like the ones in the setting up section, so it's all correct, please help me fix this I need this real time data. |
