Unfortunately, we can not reproduce it. We do see what you are referencing in the original image. But unless we can reproduce it, there simply is not much we can do. Hopefully the duplication out and back will resolve this for you. Let us know. If you do see this occurring relatively often, then please get us another chartbook and we'll see if we can reproduce it.
