We opened and closed the aDOMS_ALL-micros chartbook several times and the DOMs are all opening properly for us. Does this only occur sometimes, or does it happen every time you open the chartbook? What "scaling factor" are you referring to? What is the precise setting you are referencing for this? If you create a new DOM for this product do you have the same issue? Or if you duplicate it to another chartbook and then duplicate that one back do you have the same problem?
