This should be set to "Yes" by default, and you should be able to change it. This is in a Main Instance, not one of the sub-instances? And this is the option for "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> DTC Protocol Server >> Enable DTC Protocol Server"? Also, what is the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to for the instance where you are not able to change this?
