The only thing that needed to be done was removing your card and disabling the automatic billing, which we have taken care of for you. Otherwise, your account is already set to not renew. We only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. Since you only have 26 days of Usage Time remaining, we cannot refund this. After May 20, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard.
