Hi Team, I am new to Sierra Charts and opened a Sim account. I opened chart books for EUR USD and for XAU USD for training. When I open trading DOM, it does not show the values on Bid and Ask columns. On Support video it says to check the connection to SC Data All Services but on my charts it shows " SC Data" only. EUR USD and for XAU USD are included on Sim accounts and I don't know why I don't get data feed on the DOM. But it works with SM25 -CME. Would you kindly help me please. I have attached two pictures with this for reference. |
