Whenever I try to use Rectangle drawing tool to enclose a particular "trading range" composed any number of bars (assuming bars in this case), I usually cannot get the high and low of the rectangle to match the highest high of the bars and the lowest low of the bars. It usually snaps to some other level. I do have snap sensitivity on high, but have open and close option unchecked. Thank you.
