Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious issue with the program freezing completely. When I start Sierra Chart, it opens normally, but as soon as I open my chartbook, the program becomes unresponsive. I am unable to close it even via Task Manager, and the only way to shut it down is by turning off the computer completely.

This problem started after I resumed my subscription — I had not used the program for about a month before that. Everything worked fine previously.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue. I would appreciate your urgent help, as I currently cannot use the software at all.
