Hi Support I received a e-mail reminding me my service balance was too low on the 30th of March I have been inactive for a while so on the 19 April made a payment but I still am not receiving any live data I have a trade account with AMP which is active

I have tried going through various reconnect processes however still get the error message my current selected service is CQG I don't see what I'm missing please can you help
