If you are using a Continuous Contract, then you would need to download the data for the previous contract by opening a chart for that specific contract and then downloading the Market Depth data. Specifically refer to step #8 at the following link: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Otherwise, you should be getting the data going back to where you want.
