The problem definitively cannot be Sierra Chart. Microsoft is in a massive state of hopeless deterioration. Everything they develop at this point in time is regarded as junk. The problem absolutely, is with Microsoft garbage. With Sierra Chart its use of the Windows operating system is very limited and very basic. It is not using anything unusual.
