Has anyone experienced a compatibility issue between MS Office and Sierra Chart? Every time I use SC and then try to open MS Word or Excel, I get an error message which states "Something went wrong...we couldn't start your program. Please try starting it again." No matter how many time I try it will give me the same error until I repair it. In order to get MS Office working again, I have to repair it. By process of elimination, I've narrowed it down to SC as the cause. PC Specs: Windows 10 Pro, 16GB RAM, 64-bit OS (OS build 19045.5608) MS Office: Home & Business 2016, version: 16.0.18526.20168 Thank you. |
