In the example chartbook, I can see some symbols like EURUSD updating, however, for my own chartbook, ESM25-CME is not updating after ~4:55pm EST of 4/17/2025. I tried to switch to NQM25-CME and it's also not updating after 4:36pm EST of 4/17/2025. The VWAP chart is not moving and the DOM is not moving either. (every other chart is frozen also) I recently just added funds to renew my current subscription also. I tried to delete and redownload the data, no fix. |
