hi i was connecting my second account to sierrachart (same broker/founded apex, same name for log in etc)
i succeeded, then i closed sierra to save the settings, i reopen it and the account just connected disappeared and it gives me a connection error and i cant work
how can i solve this problem?

We have no idea why it would work one minute and not the next. This is completely a Rithmic issue.
