We stopped reading here:
I'm trying to use your Data/order-routing/DTC-server to funnel live data

This is not allowed and has not been for many many years:
Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server: Restrictions

We will not respond further to this.

1) What is the way forward? Is the DTC server still on the table or are there other options I should be exploring to route my orders through you for execution?
You can certainly use the DTC server to submit orders:
Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server

2) Also, do you have a data feed for options pricing, depth of market, and anything else options related?
Only for CME futures options.

3) I recently subscribed to NASDAQ TotalView + Consolidated Tape. Will this give me full depth-of-market for all ETFs and Stocks traded on NASDAQ?
This has market depth data, for trading activity that occurs on NASDAQ only but it does cover all stocks.
