I have followed all the instructions and am not getting any notifications on my iphone 15 pro on iOS 18.3.2 I have not updated my iOS but not sure why that should be required I get notifications on my windows machine using the ntfy web application. I can see the notifications in the iOS app but only when I manually refresh. My default focus mode is on and don't override any settings. I don't have any issues with notifications from any other app. My notification settings are set properly And fwiw, telegram was working fine for me before, this is currently a step back in that it doesn't work on my phone.
