FX Trading Station (fxcm.com) has a plugin called Centered Moving Average Channel (http://fxcodebase.com/code/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=32423.). I used it to make a 15 day channel, then a second copy to surround it with a 121 day channel (see img). This manual composite can not yet save all my settings. I believe that this two centered MA channel approach sort of automates trendlines and can help to reveal cycles. I view it as a simplified, manual, alternative to Hurst analysis. Would someone adapt the concept to SierraChart?
