The error you are getting for CGB is coming from CQG. Therefore, there must still be an issue with your setup for that data with CQG. You need to work with your broker to get this figured out. With regards to Canola, we do not list every single product. You can just type in the proper symbol in the "Selected Symbol" field on the Find Symbol window and open the chart type you want.
