Most are from DTC files and then some are recommendations from several discussions on the Support Board. I had to get creative and try different things. Anyway, I tried tons of different methods all with the same result. It was not until I rewrote the whole thing in a single-file C# program that I finally came through. I suspect either the environment or network configuration routed my connection through a relay server, perhaps due to legacy settings or specific server-side routing logic.
