Hi All. I have looked through the market data access section and have followed these instructions. Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings. Enable Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. Press OK. Select File >> Reconnect but I'm having no luck. Please can I find out why my data is delayed, this happened a few weeks ago and I had to go to evaluate service package 12 to get real time data again. I am on service package 11 so I don't understand. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you. Regards Eddie |
