i do still get problem occasionally on chartbook that i have 14 active windows, and numerous hidden windows (approx. 250), if i try to open it first after opening SC. If when opening SC, and i open a much smaller and simpler chartbook and establish it having the bottom tabs than open the complex chartbook, it seems to work fine then.
