You cannot do it in the way you are stating (i.e. having it "split" up a common stop). You would need to start with 3 separate Stops, where they could all be at the same level, so they would work in the same way as a common stop should price move against your position. Then if Target 1 is hit, the Stop associated with that OCO group will be removed, and you can then setup the Second Stop to Move to Breakeven + 1 based on whatever condition you want (including the first target getting hit).
