Had the same issue. Still not resolved but in an attempt to figure out a solution you can trade through the Rithmic Trader Pro Application. I used SC DATA feed in Sierra Chart for charting and then just entered and closed trades through the Rithmic Trader App. Not ideal but it works in a pinch. Leaving this for anyone in the future who experiences a similar issue, or you could try connecting to a different server in Sierra Chart as others mentioned before. Good luck trading!
