There should not be an issue with this. We asked about the crosshairs, as when we have heard about items like this, it was an operating system issue where the pointer was not aligned properly (it sounds impossible, but it was the case). We are curious, when you select a profile, are you getting an outline around it and is that outline showing in the correct profile?
