Hello, I am using my Rithmic account to trade on Sierra Chart, and for the past few days, I have been encountering an extremely frustrating issue. I cannot download data due to the error message: "Error downloading historical intraday data: permission denied." I have followed numerous tutorials, as "Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure" to resolve this, but nothing works. The issue does not seem to be with Rithmic, as I have access to their data. I have never had this problem in over a year of using Sierra Chart and Rithmic, until last Friday. Additionally, I managed to "fix" the issue temporarily on Monday, but it returned between yesterday and this morning. Moreover, I am sharing my log message with you : Please help me, as this is really crippling my ability to trade.
