Bar data exports the actual bar data in the chart. So the data is the Open/High/Low/Close/Volume for each bar. Exporting the Intraday data file exports the entire intraday data file for that symbol, so it gives the Open/High/Low/Close/Volume at the increment in which the data is stored.
