You need to enter the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" for that spread for the Interactive Brokers symbol for the spread. This will be different from what the Denali Exchange Data Feed uses for the spread. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) You would need to ask Interactive Brokers for the appropriate symbol.
