The carrier did do maintenance, that following evening apparently to resolve the issue. And we are getting a second connection to run in parallel. So if something like this happens again, much less users would be affected.
Would this mean that a reconnect would switch over to the healthy feed automatically? Or would it simply be luck of the draw as to which server a user connects to? In other words, what should we do when this parallel connection is in place, and when it happens again? |
