There is no reason for you not to be able to move that graph. Please do the following for us: - Right click on the scale in region 2 and select "Interactive Scale Move" at the top of the list that comes up. - Left click and hold the left pointer button down and drag up and down. The graph should move up and down with the pointer. If it does not, then let us know.
