You cannot change the color of the background when displaying the numbers with the "Draw Volume Text" set to "with background". The only way to have a different background would be to display the markers and set the "Draw Volume Text" to "Transparent". Then you can control the marker color with the "Bid/Ask Dominant Color Range Minimum/Maximum" Inputs.
