To begin with, if you are having a problem closing out a position in Sierra Chart, then you need to call your broker (or Prop Firm in this case) and have them take care of it for you. As to what occurred, the log you show in Photo 2 gives the information - Rithmic is giving you an error and stating that "Order can be placed by Administrators only". You need to ask your Prop Firm, or Rithmic what this means and why.
