After some digging, I think I understand. To answer your question, the credentials I received were the account number as the username, and a password. Again, I found that odd since I am set up on Teton. By happenstance, I checked my broker statement and noticed a nominal charge of $10 with a line item of CQG Platform, which I found odd because I requested Sierra Chart. Then something clicked-- what if those credentials are for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings? I'll check this out once I get back to my trading computer. |
