The situation you describe is normal. You cannot use the "Trade Evaluator" during a replay. Therefore, you are in Simulation Mode during a replay and can only submit "Simulated" orders using the built-in simulation mode in this case. But, you can use the Trading Evaluator for real-time (or delayed streaming) trading.
