That is not specifically an indicator of being in Simulation Mode, it is actually the trading account that is selected at that time. It should state [Sim1] (or [Sim2], [Sim3], etc.) depending on the exact trading account selected. If is not there, then please select "Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart" (if not already open) and see if a simulation account is selected in the Trade Window. We wonder if it is blank for some reason.
