This is easily resolved. Just simply activate the exchange or exchanges that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed You just need to activate the top of book exchange. Your Sierra Chart account is already authorized for CME data at nonprofessional rates. So you are all set, this is a very easy solution. Once that is done: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
