Post From: Tool Drawings settings for 'Above' or 'Below' chart bars or other studies?

I run two instances of SC and I notice on the sub instance my chart tool drawings (Like Horizontal Lines) graphically appear below the chart bars and other studies while in the main instance the drawings appear 'on top'. Is there a way to setup tool drawings to always appear 'below' ?
