The only reason to enable both the "NASDAQ TotalView" and "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" is if you want the Market Depth data from the NASDAQ TotalView. Otherwise, if you do not want/need the Market Depth, then the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" is all you need.
