Hello, I'm adding my question below here since it is related. After connecting to Rithmic Direct, I can see the list of all prop firm servers, I connected and reconnected serveral times to refresh the server list... but the Apex Sao Paulo Server missing, all other Apex and other prop firms are listed properly. I already talked to Apex and they say it must be a Sierra Chart problem, I can also confirm that in Rithmic R-Trader I see the Apex Sao paulo server, just in Sierra Chart is missing. ?
