We assume you are referring to the "Current Traded Total Volume". There is a keyboard shortcut option for this under the name of "Clear Current Traded Bid/Ask Volume". This will clear any of the 3 Current Traded columns that can be added to the DOM. The default keyboard shortcut for this is "Alt-M".
