Please do the following for us: - Exit from Sierra Chart - Start Sierra Chart - Select File >> Find Symbol and open a single chart for any symbol you want (do not open a Chartbook, just start a new one with this one chart) - Select "Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart" - See if the Trade Configurations show in the list at the top or not.
