I have created "Buy Stop Ask + 2 Ticks" (on B) and "Sell Stop Bid - 2 Ticks" (on S) via Global Settings > Customize Keyboard Shortcuts > Trading Keyboard Shortcuts. "Send order in Time" probably doesn't work this way. Is there another option? The bracket order consists of a limit order and a stop order with a "Move to Breakeven" setting.
