To get a Range Bar in Sierra Chart set the Bar Period to one of the Range options and set the value for the range. Refer to the following setting and the one below it: Chart Settings: Bar Period Type (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Intraday Chart Bar Period Settings) If you have done this and it is not working as you expect, then we need to know what is different.
