When this occurs, look at the "Trade >> Trade Service" log and see what it states in regards to this. It does sound like the order is not being properly closed by Rithmic, but it is also possible that the order is closed, but Rithmic has not acknowledged it. You can post the contents of your Trade Service Log to this thread for us to take a look if you like.
