When you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" the instrument to be traded that is sent to the trading service is the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". The main symbol of the chart has nothing to do with what is sent in this respect. But, the difference in price could be an issue if you are trying to send orders that are based on price. As we have noted, you need to send Market orders and orders with an offset from the parent. At this point, all we can tell you is to give it a try and see what happens.
